What we think… 

Dave provided a very detailed audit across multiple business areas, which helped shape our 2021 priorities. The recommendations covered detailed tactical actions which the team could implement quickly, through to strategic transformational initiatives which will be implemented over the longer term. Dave’s hands on approach by directly dealing with the team meant the actions could be actioned quickly whilst giving me the time to focus on the longer term initiatives
