After only two weeks of trading, Customer First Digital have won their first consulting project, collaborating with technology start-up Operance in taking their mobile first smart building application to market. 
The project includes the development of Operance’ go to market digital strategy, advising on improving the website customer experience, promoting the free trial of their platform across relevant digital marketing channels, in addition to upskilling the team. 

What is Operance? 

Operance is a mobile-first application, providing consultants and contractors with a platform to handover building information created during the development phase of a project, in an easy to use and access digital format. 
The app also provides benefits to end users from a range of sectors including Education and Healthcare. Using the building data provided at project handover, building managers are able to take full control of their building data, effectively using this to operate and maintain the buildings they are managing. 
A user should expect to be able to easily search, share, update and utilise their building and asset information to create tasks and notifications. A free trial version of the app can be downloaded at either the Apple or Play store or further information can be found at the Operance website.
